Big Fish Contest Rules:  revised 3/12/09

1). These “Big Fish Rules” only apply if you are not entering any other pools or contests.  If you do enter other contests or pools, then the separate “Pool Rules” apply to you.  See separate listing of “Pool Rules”.

2). Everyone with a valid ticket is entered in the Big Fish Contest.  Read your ticket for conditions and restrictions.

3). Fish must be hooked in mouth.  No snagging.  Maximum landing net handle is 72 inches.

4). The FOLLOWING FISH MUST BE CARRIED IN A NET:  Fish OVER 15 POUNDS;  ALL FISH FROM BACK (CARP) LAKE;  POND CARP.  Fish under 15 pounds that are caught in the front lake, and non-carp under 15 pounds from the pond may be carried by any reasonable method. 

5).  Holding of fish UNDER 15 POUNDS from front lake only and non-carp from pond is allowed, so long as it is not carried beyond the permit’s valid time.  Fish must be in the baitshop before permit or contest ends and fish must be alive.

6). Once fish enters baitshop, it can only be weighed once and entered once on that permit.  This fish can qualify again if it was released and legally caught on a future permit.

7). Winners must collect within 30 days of contest end. 

8). Management’s judgment and rulings are final.
