Fishing Ticket Conditions
1.
Two
pole limit at all times unless extra poles are purchased. No throw lines. Extra poles cost $3.95 each - stamp
required. Limit total of five (5) poles. Total number may be reduced during busy
times. Only one permit per person. Bank space may be limited during busy times
to the approximate length of your vehicle if announcement is made, please use
common courtesy.
2.
NO LIMIT ON CHANNEL CATS. There are limits for CARP, BIG CATS AND BASS
as follows: Front Lake (Le-An-Wa Lake): All fish 15 pounds and over must be released
(be sure to enter them in the Big Fish Contest!) and the Back Lake (Carp Lake)
is catch-and-release only for all sizes of Carp, Cats & Bass. The pond is catch-and-release for all carp
and any cat 15 pounds or larger. Also
see additional posted rules for contests and pools. Rules are enforced. Failure to release designated fish is
theft. Eating of fish is at your own
risk however we only stock channels from professional fisheries.
3.
Single hooks only. Only one hook per line. No treble hooks, no multi-prong hooks. No netting of fish unless hooked (If the fish
comes unhooked while in the water and you then net it, it does NOT count). No line marker such as styrofoam, tinfoil or
paper products (dough, food, bait, clip-on bobbers, are OK; See baitshop if
questions). No chumming. No seines.
No dogs are allowed at all. No
other pets are allowed that leave your vehicle.
4.
Management reserves the right to revoke any
permit. Indy Lakes will not be and is
not responsible in case of accident or injury of any nature occurring on these
premises. No cleaning of fish on the
property.
5.
No loud noise, including loud vehicle exhaust
(you may be asked to park up front or refrain from excessive driving). If another person can hear your radio - then
it is too loud. No rude, disruptive or
drunken behavior. Courtesy is
required. Small wood fires allowed,
please attempt to use trash cans. No
wood burnt that contains any hardware.
No brush burning. See baitshop
for campsite availability as campsites do cost extra. No trash thrown. Please use trash cans. Permit holder is responsible for damaged
property. Do not block drives or
campsites, except south side Carp Lake.
Unauthorized visitors may void your ticket, all visitors must check in
and may or may not be allowed to visit depending on many factors and only
during the day time, no visitors at night past the front parking lot. No swimming.
6.
No solicitation. This permit is not transferable. You may leave and return but you MUST
CHECK-IN WITH THE BAITSHOP upon EACH return. If you leave the lakes, your lines must be
reeled in. Management is not responsible
for stolen or missing property. No refunds, no rainchecks. For all questions: Please inquire at the baitshop.
BIG
FISH CONTEST
- Everyone is entered so catch that Big One! Big Money Payouts!!

The
reverse side of your ticket is where your pool entries and/or extra poles are
stamped. Be sure these are correct before
you start fishing. Pool entries require
entry before leaving the parking lot area.
