Fishing ticket rules and conditons:

Day Fishing: $12.95

Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (8 p.m. Friday & Saturday)

(or seasonal open to close - see posted hours)

Night Fishing: $12.95

Hours: 4 p.m. - 6 a.m.

Special:

Combo Ticket (day/night or night/day): $18.95 AND only one entry on contests if you enter them (save money!)

Open 24 hours/7 days from early May until Labor Day.

Open 24 hours on weekends late March/April/September (see posted hours).

Fishing Ticket Conditions

Conditions

1. Two pole limit to each person at all times. No throw lines. Third pole costs $3.95 extra - stamp required. Three poles maximum. Only one permit per person.

2. NO LIMIT ON ANYTHING WE STOCK WITH EXCEPTIONS: All Fish 20 pounds and over must be released (be sure and enter it in the Big Fish Contest!) and the Carp Lake (back lake) is catch-and-release only for all sizes of Carp, Cats & Bass. The pond is catch-and-release for all carp. Also see additional posted rules for contests and pools. Rules are enforced. Failure to release designated fish is theft. Eating of fish is at your own risk.

3. Single hooks only. Only one hook per line. No treble hooks, no multi-prong hooks. No netting of fish unless hooked. No line marker such as styrofoam, tinfoil or paper products (dough, food, bait, clip-on bobbers, are OK; See baitshop if questions). No chumming. No seines. No dogs of any type are allowed.

4. Management reserves the right to revoke any permit.

5. Indy Lakes will not be and is not responsible in case of accident or injury of any nature occurring on these premises.

6. No loud noise, including loud vehicle exhaust (you may be asked to park up front or refrain from excessive driving). If another person can hear your radio – then it is too loud. No rude, disruptive or drunken behavior. Courtesy is required. Small wood fires allowed, please attempt to use empty trashcans. No wood burnt that contains any hardware. No brush burning. See baitshop for campsite availability. No trash thrown. Please use trashcans. Permit holder is responsible for damaged property. Do not block drives or campsites except South side Carp Lake. Unauthorized visitors may void your ticket.

7. No solicitation. This permit is not transferable. You may leave and return but you MUST CHECK INTO BAITSHOP upon each return. If you leave the lakes, your lines must be reeled in. No refunds. For all questions: Please inquire at the baitshop.
